Begin with a Consulation

Your relationship with Sixth Street Wellness begins with a complimentary 15 minute consultation. Select a consultation time that works for you, and we will reach out to discuss your needs and answer any questions you may have. 

Our goal is high-quality therapy matching, so after your consultation we will work to pair you with an available therapist who will be the best fit for you. Please note that we only work with residents of New York State at this time.

 

 

What Happens Next?

After your consultation and matching with a therapist, we will schedule your first session. Before your first meeting, you will get an invitation to activate your online portal where you will fill out some required forms. 

During your first session, your therapist will help you settle in and guide a more in-depth discussion about your background and areas it would be helpful to focus on. Together, you will set some goals to work toward in your future sessions.

Let us know you’re interested and we will schedule a complimentary 15 minute consultation to discuss your needs and help you choose the right therapist.  We will be happy to answer any other questions you may have during the consultation. You must be a resident of NY State. Please note we are a private pay practice. We do not accept insurance, but can provide a receipt for out of network reimbursement.

Step Two

After speaking with your therapist and setting up a date and time, you will be asked to activate your online portal where you will fill out the necessary forms to get started and help us get to know you a little better. Be sure to read through the policies and procedures to make sure they work for you. We offer in- person and online sessions.

Step Three

During your first session, your therapist will guide you and help you to feel comfortable  as you discuss more about your background and work with you to identify the areas that would be helpful to focus on. You and your therapist will set goals that will help guide your mental health journey.
